OPEN A CAP CENTRE

  As we now move towards our vision of having a CAP centre in every town and city in the UK (approximately 500 centres), we hope and pray that you will be a part of this.


Working in partnership with CAP will empower the church with:

  • A professional debt counselling service offered free of charge to people in your community (find out more about our service here)
  • A chance for church members to be empowered to serve the community
  • An individual or team trained by CAP, working as volunteers or paid staff to set up and run the centre

CAP is committed to working with churches from many different denominations and backgrounds. CAP is not here to simply offer a service to a church, but to establish a relationship and partnership with the church through which we can work together to deliver the service.
A key to this relationship is that we share common values, beliefs and ethos. Because of this, we are keen to work with churches who:

  • Share our compassion for the poor and needy
  • Can demonstrate a growing culture of outreach to the local community
  • Share our evangelical faith
  • Are committed to serving God in an excellent professional manner

The Next Step
The next step for a church interested in partnering with us is for the senior leader(s) to attend a Church Partnership Day.  This will give you an inspiring and detailed overview of the way CAP runs its high quality debt counselling service. It will allow you to experience the culture of CAP first hand and ask all the questions you need in order to fully understand the way that a partnership between CAP and the local church works.
