Reach Your Potential
One day a week, you will have the chance to develop through our management and leadership training programme. You will learn the principles that have sustained our growth and excellence since we started as a charity.

Reach to God
You will also have an opportunity each week to reflect, learn about yourself, learn new skills and grow in your Christian faith, while developing an understanding of God's desire to help the poor and needy.
Reach Those in Need
For the remainder of the week you will work within one of the charity's streams, where you will put the development programme into practice. You will be a great resource to the charity, utilising your different skills and abilities. We will work with you to place you in the most suitable area.
