Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: 37.5 hours week. The post includes working two late nights a week (to 8.30pm), on two out of the following evenings: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday with flexibility for the remaining hours to be worked over 4 or 5 days.

Context: The Partnership Team undertake a broad range of activities and strategies to increase the number of individuals and churches who partner with the charity both practically and financially. The team aims to provide the money and supporter / church partnerships needed for the current financial year and to provide a firm foundation for the future.

The Supporter Phone Team are a pioneering team within the wider Partnership Team.  The team phone a wide range of individuals and churches to inspiring them to engage financially or practically in the work of CAP.  The team members are all driven, passionate individuals who are able to influence a wide range of people, all with the purpose of seeing the charity expand and impact more lives across the UK.

Role: To inspire, challenge and motivate churches and individuals to engage with UK poverty through the work of the award winning, life changing work of Christians Against Poverty! It is the team’s passion for the lost, broken and disadvantaged that motivate them to speak to thousands of individuals each year all with the express intention of engaging them with the work in a variety of ways. This team is vital for the future expansion of CAP UK, as it both brings in vital funds through engagement with existing supporters and key partnerships which enable CAP to expand it’s centre network.

Salary: Starting from £17,950
