Client Support Unit Caseworker
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: 37.5 hours week
Context: The Client Support Unit is responsible for providing ongoing debt advice and casework for existing clients whose cases have been transferred from centres to this centralised department.
Role: To manage own portfolio of clients and provide absence cover for colleagues within a sub-team of CSU; helping clients to get debt free and beyond.
Person: Great time management skills, decision maker, good with numbers, highly organised, excellent verbal and written communicator.
Salary: Starting from £19,021
