Context: CLU handle all of our clients debts, negotiating with the finance industry via letter and phone.
Role: Processing new cases, sending letters to creditors, filling in court forms, negotiating by phone, supporting centres.
Person: Enjoys admin, happy following processes, eye for detail, good on the phone.

Systems Developer
(37.5 hours)
Context: As CAP continues to grow as a ministry, there is a constant need to develop further IT- based systems to enable that growth, and to constantly modify and update all existing systems.
Role: To develop IT-based systems that will enable effective external and internal communication and will enhance CAP’s existing business development.
Person: Excellent skills in PHP, MySQL & HTML. The ability to manage time and workload effectively. A good communicator who can understand the need for IT systems to be usable and serve people.
