LONDON RAT RACE

25 - 26 September 2010

The London Rat Race is a two-day urban adventure which combines
endurance, skill, physical and mental challenges with a large dose of fun! London becomes a giant adventure playground as teams of three compete.


DAY 1 MEAN STREETS
Mean Streets kicks off at 5pm where your team will race to complete as
many checkpoints as you can in a 2.5 hour period, navigating your way.
Some checkpoints will involve a range of challenges. You may get a physical challenge, you might get wet, you might go underground, you might go into buildings or you might solve a mental problem – expect the unexpected! The idea is to use team tactics, route choice and the different values of the checkpoints to get back to Rat Base with as many points as you can.

DAY 2 RAT RACE ADVENTURE COURSE
Out of the traps on Sunday at 9am, you will have about 50km of distance to tackle. This is where we introduce ropes, kayaks, bikes and much more as you foray further into and out of the city on this urban adventure!
