Legacies
"Please think about leaving a legacy to Christians Against Poverty. The charity has changed my life completely. I no longer have to worry about debts and I am rebuilding my life. Your contribution will help more people, like me, to have a life worth living"

Have you ever thought about the largest amount of money you’ll ever give away?
Making a Will is a wonderful opportunity to express your life’s priorities – your family, friends, church and the charities you’ve supported throughout your life. A Will is essential to ensure your wishes are carried out.
A Legacy is a gift of money or a possession left in your Will. By leaving a Legacy to Christians Against Poverty you can continue to support our work and help us to offer hope and a new life to people in debt, even after your death.
Why leave a legacy to CAP?
Leaving a legacy to CAP will give hundreds of families a solution to their financial crisis and debts, which will change their lives forever. They won’t fear the post arriving with bills they can’t pay. They will be able to sleep at night and their health will improve as they are freed from the worry and stress that debt brings. Marriages will be saved and families kept together. Some may receive the gift of eternal life as they come to know Jesus as a result of our work.
"I cannot express how much CAP’s support means to me and my family. Without CAP we would still be struggling to pay all the debts my husband left, pay our bills and hopefully buy food and clothes for my children. For the first time in two years I’m not worried about what the postman will bring. I’m not scared that the knock on the door will be bailiffs coming to take the furniture. Now thanks to CAP, we pay our debts and our bills every month and we always have food in the cupboards and freezer. But best of all when my children need clothes I don’t have to miss a bill or debt repayment to do it. I hope you support CAP so that others like us can be helped to get their lives on track"
