John Kirkby It's been another award winning week for CAP! As you may have read, after enduring a very tense award ceremony we came second in the 'Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For' award and won the 'Best Leader' award. It's amazing that for the third year in a row we are in the top two! I feel so privileged to work in such a vibrant, passionate workplace. We have so many great managers and team leaders here that help make it a great place to work but there is no doubt that without God's grace and favour none of this could have happened. This week we have our annual winter conference, 'Passion', for all head office and centre staff. This will be a great opportunity to engage, encourage and re-inspire our staff and look ahead to what I hope is going to be a great year.
