John Kirkby Over the last couple of weeks, I've been battleing my way through the snow on foot to get to our Head Office here in Bradford City Centre. Jubilee Mill has been a fantastic home for CAP since we bought and refurbished it nine years ago. However, with our plans to open another 80 debt counselling centres in 2010, the number of Head Office staff we need to support these centres will fill Jubilee Mill to bursting by the end of the year. You mon't be surprised to hear that we have a plan! We are in the process of purchasing an old school across the road from Jubilee Mill to convert into an office building for another 150 staff, as well as a conference space for staff training and events. Looking further into the future, we are in the early stages of securing some land to the west of Jubilee Mill on which we plan to build a brand new office building to house even more staff for our future expansion. Obviously we are in the early stages of planning and preparation and things can change, but we just wanted to start 2010 by letting you know that we are ready to expand in order to make sure we still provide top quality debt counselling for all our clients.
